By accepting you agree you are participating at your own risk and that the organizers are not responsible for your safety. The skier/rider acknowledges that skiing involves many risk, including the possibility of serious injury or death. The skier agrees not to sue the organizers, ski area, or sponsors for any injuries, death, or property damage. The skier agrees to defend and indemnify the organizers for any claims made against them.

Skiing and snowboarding are high risk ways to get rad that only you can take responsibility for. Have all the fun you want, but don't sue us if you get arrested or hurt or something. We can't give you bail money, ptex your gear, reattach your tendons, etc. Your radness is your own, we just want to recognize it.
